I don't drink a lot.
But I eat a little bit frequently.
Recently, it got warmer, so after dinner, I was just drinking a can of beer each from half a can.
Is it because of that, or do I just feel like I'm gaining more weight and feeling more tired?
I tried to reduce it a little since I couldn't eat it, but it was only for a short while, and then I started enjoying it again.
This isn't good, right? I used to eat it about once a week in winter, but now that I'm feeling better... I feel like I'm recovered, but I'm just pretending.
Wouldn't it be better not to eat?
