Hair loss concerns

When I was young, I thought it would be nice if my hair volume was a bit less because I had too much hair, but lately my hair is gradually falling out, and the crown area seems to be getting more bald. These days, I’ve even considered hair transplantation, but is it possible to transplant the bald crown area as well? My hair also seems to be getting thinner, and now I miss my younger days. Washing my hair has become stressful.
