Posting a review of migraine treatment at Bucheon Internal Medicine

Since childhood, I have suffered from relentless migraines inherited from my maternal side. I researched everything from neurology, traditional Korean medicine clinics, Botox and injection treatments, pharmacies, prescription medications, to their administration times and costs, spending an enormous amount of money. Naturally, not only myself but also many family members suffer from migraines, so finding a solution to this exhausting headache has become a very serious concern for me.

For those suffering right now from stubborn migraines, tension headaches, neuralgic headaches, or vascular headaches despite treatment, I recommend reading my article to the end.

There is no perfect cure for migraines. When symptoms appear all at once, they must be managed lifelong like a cold, and individuals need to observe their lifestyle habits and pain patterns carefully. In the early stages, proper management can lead to quick recovery or reduce the chances of recurrence, but once it becomes chronic, it can cause lifelong suffering.

It is very difficult to find accurate information about migraine, stress-related headaches, and neurogenic headaches. Such experiences are rarely documented or available anywhere. I am someone who has suffered from chronic migraines for as long as seven years. I have personally dedicated time to seek out solutions to the fundamental problems, researching information from both domestic and international sources, including scientific papers. From the perspective of ordinary consumers, there has been no thorough analysis of the causes of migraines and the principles of their improvement.

At first, I couldn't rest at the hospital and was juggling childcare, which was exhausting. I thought that if I rested, I would recover quickly and be able to come out soon. Even when I followed the hospital's instructions, for some reason, the pain only subsided during medication, but the painful sensations kept recurring. As the doctor advised, I took acute-phase medication, did headache massages, and with the understanding of my team members, I tried to reduce my workload and immediately cut down on childcare time to secure as much rest as possible. Caution: During hospitalization, even while continuing prescribed treatments, the symptoms that relieved the headache pain did not improve, and the pain persisted. It felt as if someone was poking my head with a needle, a stabbing, throbbing pain that covered my entire head and did not go away.

However, at the hospital I visited today, I started to see some improvement thanks to the kind consultation and treatment from the doctor. At first, the progress was slight, but as time went on, I could feel myself getting better little by little.

Since this kind of migraine is not an easily treatable illness, I found that gradually improving by continuously consulting and receiving treatment from a certain doctor was effective.
