거북목은 치료도 해야겠지만, 생활습관을 고치는게 중요한거같아요. W운동이라고 있대요. 거북목에 관해서 검색해보면 많이 나오더라고요. 거북목을 방치하면 이게 목디스크를 오게 할 수도 있다고하니 그냥 놔두지마시고, 치료던 운동이던 방법을 찾아보셔야할거같아요.
