근육 스트레칭 꾸준히 시간날때마다 저도 틈틈히 하려구요~ 아침에 일어나서 스트레칭 하는게 좋다네요~~

I would like to share two personal principles I follow.
1. Stretching and yawning when waking up in the morning
Many people get up immediately without stretching, but a brief stretch and lying down stretches can help prevent lower back pain and alleviate discomfort.
2. Foam roller after work
Whether it's an office job or a field job, overexerting the body is the same, so I always use a foam roller after work. The difference between doing it and not doing it is definitely noticeable.
