Health Tip) Consistently take probiotics and cabbage juice

Since I was young, I have liked spicy foods like tteokbokki and ramen, so I have always suffered from gastritis.

While working at the company, I started seeking more刺激 foods to relieve the accumulated stress, and eventually I developed esophagitis.

I think I suffered alternately from gastritis, esophagitis, and enteritis. After experiencing a severe illness once, I developed a eating habit that only seeks out刺激的 foods.

Although I have also undergone surgery, for the recovery of the stomach and intestines with decreased function, consistently consuming fasting probiotics and cabbage juice is more effective than hospital medication.

It was really helpful. At first, I couldn't tolerate anything刺激, but now I eat in moderation and feel healthy without discomfort.

I am maintaining that. Every morning on an empty stomach, I drink a glass of water and take probiotics, and before going to bed in the evening, I drink cabbage juice every morning.

The burning and bloating I used to experience have disappeared, and I truly feel like I can live again. Many people are struggling with chronic gastrointestinal issues.

I highly recommend probiotics and cabbage juice. If you consistently take them for about a month, you should see results.
