My fingernail is splitting as it grows~

The nail on my right index finger has been splitting and growing that way for several years now. There must be a reason, but I don't know what it is. If anyone knows the cause and treatment methods, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Please let me know if there is a hospital in Incheon that can make repairs. Haha
