      바로 먹는건 안좋다고 하니 30분정도 지난후에 먹도록 해야 겠어요. 과일 넘 좋아요~(^_^)

    장소와 환경에 따라 먹는 시간이 달라져요.
    저는 주로 집에서 먹는편이라 식후 30분
    이상 기다려서 먹는데 잘하고 있는거였네요^^
