Certain areas itch only during summer... Why does this happen?
Is there anyone who shows a sun allergy reaction only in certain parts of their skin?
I rarely have skin troubles and have never had acne.

Apart from being slightly dry skin, I have been living without much problem.
I've been getting gradually weaker in the sunlight over the past few years.
Even though I don't have skin troubles, my skin is somewhat sensitive, so I bruise easily and wounds tend to heal slowly.
My skin doesn't burn easily; it just turns slightly red when exposed to sunlight and then returns to white.

But from a certain day in summer, after exposing only a part of the front of my right shin to sunlight, it becomes itchy, develops blisters, and keeps getting scratches.
I don't know why, since I haven't been particularly exposed to sunlight in that area.
I usually don't apply sunscreen to my legs, but since these symptoms have persisted, I started applying sunscreen to that area, and it definitely seems to get better.

It's so absurd because these symptoms have been happening for over five years, and for three consecutive years, the same area had the symptoms. Then, in the fourth year, that area was fine, but the exact same symptoms appeared on the opposite leg. I've never seen an allergy that moves around like this before.
This year, even when I went out a lot during the hot weather, I didn't have any symptoms, so I thought, "Oh, maybe I'm okay now," but after the heat subsided, my right leg suddenly started itching again and the symptoms reappeared;;;
The blisters have been healing for a while, and now the blisters are starting to get better;;;
Does this kind of thing happen? It's funny to go to the hospital just because you're slightly sick or have mild symptoms...
The itching is so intense that I can't sleep at night...
This year, it seems to have passed relatively lightly, but when the symptoms are really severe, even applying medication doesn't stop the itching, so I end up holding ice on it; that kind of thing...

Has anyone experienced just a little itching or sun allergy in a localized area like this?
Is it true that I only get this way in summer and thought it was sun allergy, or could it actually be a different symptom?
