실내자전거도 열심히 타면 운동 효과가 당연히 있겠지요 티비 보면서 앉아서 보는 것보다 자전거 타면서 보는 것도 좋을 것 같아요 자전거 타다보면 다리 근육을 키울 수 있지 않을까요

These days, the weather is so cold that I mostly ride a cycle indoors rather than exercising outdoors. When I ride for a long time, I go for about two hours. However, even after two hours, I don't sweat. Usually, after exercising, I judge whether I have worked out enough based on whether I sweat or not, but since I don't sweat, I feel uneasy. Please help me determine whether this is a good exercise for maintaining health.
