    요즘 다이어트 중인데 밥양은 꽤 많이 줄인거 같아요...
    단백질을 더 많이 먹으라는데 은근 고기 챙겨먹는게 어렵네요;;; 콩이나 계란가지고는 하루 단백질양 채우기 너무 어렵고요;;;
