아 저도 그 밴드 엄청 관심있었는데 저도 다리가 정말 잘붓거든요. 확실히 하고 있으시면 덜 붓나요? 다리라인도 좀 예뻐질까요?? 되려 질문드려 죄송해요;;;

I usually experience severe leg swelling, so I wore compression bands.
It says to wear it before swelling occurs.
I have always worn it before exercising or before sitting for a long time in my daily life.
But this also has thickness...
Since I tend to wear clothes that reveal my legs in summer, there are some issues with wearing them.
I'm okay at home... but when I go outside to exercise or do something, I get worried about what I see.
How do you manage it during the summer?
Wearing the band has been very helpful to me..
Is there no other way but to consistently do massages in the evening?
