걱정되시면 가보시는게 좋겠어요 더 심해지기 전에요~!
I have never thought about or worried about varicose veins until now.
However, while looking at this week's topic, I did some research on varicose veins. The only thing I knew about varicose veins was that the blood vessels bulge out grotesquely, and I didn't know anything else.
I had no idea why varicose veins occur and wasn't interested in it. But this topic has piqued my interest.
Based on a rough look at the symptoms, it's probably the same as mine. My job initially involved standing for long periods. Later, after getting married, I continued my major and joined a company with flexible hours. That means I spend all day sitting. So, it's no wonder that my blood circulation isn't good.
My legs always feel numb frequently, swell easily, it's hard to stand for a long time, and I feel tired... but isn't this something everyone in modern society talks about these days? So I try to just accept it...
There are three places on my leg where I can see a line pattern like a photo. ㅠㅠ I only took a picture of the area just above the healthy knee. There are also spots on the middle of the calf and behind the knee. I'm a bit hesitant to wear shorts.
Honestly, these veins look like snakes and are pretty creepy. So I only took a quick shot of the healthy areas. If the current photo looks creepy, I apologize.^^;
Is this an early symptom? I’ve asked about it before, but I tend to have frequent pain in the soles of my feet. People here said it might be plantar fasciitis. I only learned about plantar fasciitis then. So I thought that might be it.
I just looked it up and found that varicose veins can also cause pain in the soles of the feet. So, they suggest considering it in the early stages.
My feelings are really... after seeing the information I didn't know.
I'm worried that I might have varicose veins.ㅠㅠ
When the condition worsens and I look at the varicose vein photos, there are so many things that look disgusting. I thought about uploading the photos for reference, but I decided not to because they might be too disgusting. Just search for images and take a look.
Looking at the picture, oh~ suddenly I feel scared.
I don't think so. I try to think that I'm just worrying unnecessarily. Still, the thought of "what if" is quite frightening.
Has anyone here had varicose vein surgery or tried it before? I'm curious whether the surgery is painful, simple, how the reviews are, whether it has improved the condition, and so on.
How much did you spend? Where should I go for the hospital?
Varicose veins can be treated with surgery, but if caught early, wearing compression stockings, sclerotherapy, or endovenous laser therapy are options. Has anyone tried these methods? How effective were they? Were there any recurrences?
I'm really curious about how those who have actually experienced it felt.
Or do you have your own preventive methods? And what preventive methods are you currently practicing?
There are many questions...
Until now, I really had no interest at all and didn't know anything about it, but now that I know a little more, I feel even more worried.
After seeing the varicose vein photos, I became completely scared.
It probably won't be me, right?ㅠㅠ
Everyone has that kind of vein and symptoms, right?
Should I go to the hospital?
ㅠㅠ
