Sometimes they go back down if I don't use my hands much, but since I use my hands a lot, it seems that the veins in my hands are protruding. For my legs, I don't see any signs, so I didn't know that varicose veins could develop without noticing. What are some ways to prevent varicose veins? I heard that standing in the same position for a long time makes it easier to develop, so I am curious if there are any tips.
