Review of consuming healthy food and supplements to prevent cystitis

I used to experience pain in my lower abdomen and the surrounding area when urinating. I went to the hospital, and they advised me to be careful of cystitis. So, I made an effort to prevent it by eating healthy foods and taking supplements, and now the pain is gone.

 

First, to prevent cystitis, I drank plenty of water to help flush out bacteria rather than letting them linger in the bladder. I also consistently consumed foods known to help prevent cystitis. I regularly ate foods like yogurt because they are rich in probiotics, which can help reduce inflammation and aid in prevention. Eating yogurt every day helped relieve bladder pain and was effective in reducing bacteria. Additionally, I consistently ate blueberries because they are rich in anthocyanins and vitamin C, which are highly beneficial for boosting immunity and reducing inflammation.

 

Next, I consistently took cranberry supplements to prevent cystitis. This was because I heard that the proanthocyanidins found in cranberries prevent bacteria from multiplying in the bladder. Therefore, I consumed them as they are effective in preventing cystitis and help reduce bacterial infections.

 

I took Dr. Vital Urinary Health Parkran Cranberry supplements, choosing them because they are 100% cranberry. I also heard that drinking about a cup of cranberry juice a day helps prevent cystitis, so I ate cranberries very consistently. I heard that Daily One Organic Cranberry Extract is good, so I consumed a lot of it; it definitely promoted diuresis and was excellent for eliminating waste and inflammation, which was great. I plan to continue eating healthy food and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits to help prevent cystitis.
