You need to clean this area well before washing your face to prevent pores from enlarging.
To get straight to the point, you need to wash your hands well before washing your face; otherwise, your pores won't open up!
I have been doing well all along 😁😁😁😁
You all know that pores once enlarge, but it’s hard to shrink them down, right?
Pores that are difficult to reduce should be well managed from the beginning to prevent them from becoming wider.
One of those methods is definitely facial cleansing!!
Learn the correct way to wash your face to prevent enlarged pores
It is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly before cleansing to prevent bacteria on your hands from entering your pores. Water that is too hot can enlarge pores, while water that is too cold cannot effectively wash away impurities inside the pores. Use water at a temperature similar to your body temperature for cleansing, and at this time, create enough foam with a cleanser to gently massage and remove dirt from the pores.
It is better to use a mildly acidic cleanser instead of an alkaline soap during cleansing. Mildly acidic cleansers have a pH level similar to that of the skin (acidity), which helps reduce damage to the skin's natural protective barrier. When drying with a towel, avoid wiping the face; instead, gently pat to remove moisture, as if just removing water.
If your skin feels tight and rough after washing your face, and your pores feel constricted, you are not washing your face properly. If the skin becomes too dry, it may respond by increasing sebum production to retain moisture. For the same reason, exfoliation should be limited to 1-2 times a week. After washing your face, using a clean cotton pad or similar to apply toner to smooth the skin, followed by applying lotion, helps remove any remaining impurities that may still be on the skin.
Occasional steam massages can also be helpful. Wet a towel with water, lightly wring it out, and then heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to easily make a steam towel. Do not rub your face; instead, gently place it on your face, and when you feel the towel's heat has subsided, remove it. Afterwards, rinse your face lightly with cool water.
Additionally, it is best to keep the skin from always feeling hot. When skin temperature rises, collagen in the skin is excessively broken down, leading to a loss of elasticity and, ultimately, enlarged pore size.
Drinking more than 2 liters of water a day is also important. No matter how expensive cosmetics or treatments you try, if your skin is dry due to lack of moisture, they will be ineffective. When skin tissue is dehydrated, skin elasticity decreases.
