금연은 옆에서 도와주기 힘든것 같아요 본인의 의지가 제일 중요하니깐 넌 할수있다 하는 힘과 만약 한대 피었다해서 바로 포기가 아니라 바로 다시 금연을 할수 있도록 해주는게 좋아요 그리도 담배 피고싶를때 막대 사탕이나 박하사탕 하나씩 먹어주는것도 좋데요

My friend has been a smoker for a long time.
However, I started exercising.
Is it because of smoking?
They are exercising but getting very short of breath, so they are considering quitting smoking to see if it might be the cause.
But it seems that quitting smoking is actually much more difficult than I thought.
They tell me it's really hard for them, but I don't know how to help.
Could those who have successfully quit smoking share some helpful tips?
