Crescent croissant

I ate the croissants I bought for breakfast. They are crescent-shaped.
It is said to be a croissant made by carefully cutting the grains and attaching them one by one to the surface, to the extent that it is also called a "ten thousand-layer croissant."
It tastes really crispy.
