It's not like that all month long.
I feel like I can't sleep for one-third of the month.
I've tried things that are said to be good for insomnia.

It's not very useful.
Some people might say, "Just go to the hospital and take the medicine," but...
I tried taking medicine once.
I sleep immediately.
I don't feel very good when I wake up in the morning.
So I want to take the medication as late as possible.
Maybe not for the entire month like me, but...
