I'm wondering if I should go to the hospital for something like this.

Sometimes it seems like my symptoms are severe, but when I watch TV, I wonder if I'm okay.

I feel like it, and it completely goes back and forth.

Are depression and lethargy the same thing??

    저도 약타서 먹다가 너무 졸려서 과감하게 끊었어요
    대신 오전에 운동 다녔어요.
    필라테스와 점핑했는데 무기력 나아지더라구요.

    무기력증이 계속 되면 우울증이 되지요
    상관관계가 아주 높아요
    너무 무기력하거나 우울하다 싶으면 상담센터나 전문의에게 가는것 나쁘지 않아요
