It's not insomnia all month long.
It seems to happen roughly once a week periodically.
I also drink a cup of coffee early in the morning and don't drink it afterward.
I can't sleep until 2 or 3 o'clock.
Even if I say I'm going to sleep, I can't fall into a deep sleep.
I keep waking up and dreaming a lot.
It would be nice to get a good night's sleep even if I only rest for a short while.
Maybe not medication.
Have you seen any effects from exercising or in daily life?
I am just walking about ten thousand steps a day.
How about trying Pilates?
Honestly, I want to try taking medication as much as I can because I'm worried about becoming dependent on it.
