Lately, there have been days when I have difficulty falling asleep or cannot sleep deeply, repeatedly waking up and falling back asleep.

It is increasing. . I thought I was living a fairly regular life, but my sleep quality has deteriorated, so my condition is...

Because things are so erratic, there are days that end up ruining the day. .

I realize once again that eating well and sleeping well are more important than anything else. .
