I'm confused as to whether my mother has a persecution complex....

I think my mother literally has delusions of persecution...

My neighbor intentionally sends smoke, poop, and trash smells into my house through the lights, outlets, and cracks in the door, but I don't smell anything like that in my house... And my mom just forgot the pattern, so she said that the neighbors must have hacked it.

(We've been moving around for the past 6 years and we've still been experiencing noise between floors. It's been the same way. My mother said that the reason we keep experiencing noise between floors is because the people who made the noise in the first place have mobilized everyone they know and keep chasing us to wherever we move. (Before, the upstairs neighbor who made the noise first had a fight with our house because the water was leaking from the upstairs neighbor and our house was flooded. When we went upstairs, they kept denying it and my mother and the upstairs neighbor had a fight. So I think my mother sees the noise between floors as revenge for that.) (Then we moved again, but at that time, our house was old, so if the neighbor next door smoked inside, our house would also smell cigarettes. And then, all of a sudden, the smell of cigarettes suddenly became really strong...)

And there was a time when I tried to move out of my previous house because the neighbor next door was making noise between floors, but I failed. The neighbor next door was talking to a real estate agent and said, "Oh really? Haha ...

My mother said while crying, "Well, my own son doesn't believe me, so who else would? I'll just be the one being a bitch..." and I couldn't even refute her properly...
