Lately, I often feel fluctuating moods due to various things, and it's hard to control my emotions, which is causing me concern. I want to forget everything and rest, but I can't because of the circumstances, making my heart feel even more burdened. I feel like I might develop depression or bipolar disorder, and I often feel lethargic and lack motivation. I'm worried about whether it's okay to leave these symptoms untreated, or if I'm overthinking because others are also going through tough times, and I'm contemplating whether I should visit a hospital.
