Arm Fat Dissolving Injection First-Time Review (Written While Preparing for a Bride-to-Be)
I went on a wedding dress tour last week ahead of my ceremony in January next year.
I tried on several dresses, but I ended up holding onto the top dress. When I looked at the photos again, I kept worrying about the line of my arms.
I was stressed because I'm usually right-handed and my right arm is thicker than my left arm, but when I saw the picture of the dress, the difference was even more noticeable, so I continued to search for arm line care and ended up getting the treatment.
The places I visited are The interior felt bright and organized.
The structure was such that the consultation room was located inside the reception desk, and the director's office and treatment room were further inside. The route was not complicated, so it was easy to move around.
The process of measuring your InBody, changing into disposable underwear, and taking pictures can be a bit embarrassing, but the staff were all women and made me feel comfortable, so it was less stressful than I expected.
First, I created a customer management chart.
It was a method of writing down in detail my previous diet and lifestyle habits, and since the subsequent consultations felt like they were tailored to my lifestyle, I understood why this process was necessary.
After that, I went through an InBody check, changed into disposable underwear and a gown in the changing room, and then moved to the consultation room.
The changing room was clean and well-organized with all the necessary items, so it felt well-maintained.
After taking photos with the staff before the procedure, I had a consultation with the director.
They didn't just look at my InBody numbers, but also checked my lifestyle and eating habits. They also told me that my edema level was high because I was just before my menstrual period and had accumulated fatigue.
I was able to proceed with the consultation without any pressure because you listened to my story calmly.
I originally came here thinking of getting an Enfit injection, but after the consultation, I decided to get an A-A injection.
I was told that it was not a method to temporarily reduce fat, but a method to reduce the number of fat cells themselves. I was told that it was a process in which a special drug was directly injected into the area where fat was concentrated, causing the fat cells to swell and burst through osmotic pressure, and then the broken down components were naturally discharged through the circulatory system.
The procedure was said to take about 30 minutes on average, but the actual injection time felt like about 10 minutes, and the entire time taken from InBody measurement to consultation and procedure was over an hour.
During my consultation with the director, he advised me to drink water frequently to feel the effects better, so he recommended drinking about 250ml every hour. He also advised me to set an alarm and drink water.
After the consultation, I received device management and was moved to the treatment room. It was a private room with a single person, so it was very private.
It was a bit embarrassing to have to lie on the treatment table wearing only disposable underwear, but the nurses were considerate and it wasn't too uncomfortable.
The injection method involved directly injecting the drug into the affected area using a needle that was slightly thicker than a regular syringe.
It felt like it was targeting the fat layer, and the pain was similar to my standard Rejuran Healer.
Since it was my arm and not my face, it was bearable, and during the procedure, they gave me a small doll to hold in both hands, which I think was meant to be held tightly when it hurt.
Immediately after the procedure, my arms were quite swollen and it was noticeable, and because my arms had become more bulky, it was a bit uncomfortable to wear clothes because of the swelling.
So I thought it would be more comfortable to wear clothes that were easy to put on and take off.
I was instructed to remove the gauze after 2 hours of the procedure, so I took a picture after removing it. The medication had filled both my arms and it felt like they were sagging. I was told that it would be better for the medication to stay in for a long time during this period, so I tried not to move my arms too much and rested.
About 12 hours after the procedure, the next morning I felt almost like normal.
There was no major disruption to my daily life, to the point that I went hiking with my boyfriend the next day.
The swelling was worst from right after the procedure until I went to bed, and the next morning it was not much different from my usual forearm.
I had the procedure done on both my arms, but I only had bruising on my left shoulder blade, and I was a little worried because it seemed like the bruising was spreading.
However, after about a week, it almost disappeared, and I think that had an effect because I tend to bruise easily.
Since it's only the first time, I haven't felt any dramatic changes.
In other reviews, many people said that their arm lines changed after doing it more than 3 times, so I was thinking about doing it more if I had more time until the main event.
Apart from weight loss, I was considering this procedure because certain areas, like the arms, are difficult to contour with exercise alone, and I think I'll have to wait a little longer to see any changes.
