I had previously received eyebrow tattooing, so there was some shape to them, but only the front had dense hair while the back was blurry with faint scars (red marks), so I spent a lot of time every morning drawing my eyebrows.

Before the procedure, I first decide on the shape that matches my face shape and image. I chose a semi-arch shape.

Applying numbing cream, there was almost no pain! Unless you have skin that doesn't respond well to anesthesia, eyebrow tattooing is known for being almost painless.

At first, it was a little stinging, but later I only heard the scratching sound of drawing eyebrows with a pen.

 

 

Once the design is finished, ink is applied over the eyebrows. This is the coloring process. It takes a few minutes.

 

The procedure, including the design, took about an hour and a half.

 

I think there are many people who worry about their work life or daily life right after getting eyebrow tattooing, fearing they will end up with cartoonish eyebrows. When I first got it done, I was really worried it would look extremely cartoonish.

These days, I've heard that the medications have changed from before, and this time, even right after taking them, I felt really natural!

This is a photo taken at home after the procedure. The eyebrow tattoo effect appeared immediately, which was so amazing. I especially liked that it looks natural and not like a cartoon character.

Of course, right after the procedure, the eyebrows are definitely much darker, but at this level, I remember being satisfied, not to the point of looking like Jjanggu.

 

The effect of eyebrow tattooing becomes fully visible after about a week. As the peeling occurs, the color fades and it starts to look more natural.

And after receiving the touch-up a month later, the eyebrow tattoo effect is maximized, making it look much more natural than before and also extending the duration of the results.

 

 

After receiving the retouch

This is a photo taken a long time after the retouch. Compared to before, the eyebrow tattoo effect is definitely visible.

Now, I no longer feel like my eyebrows are dark; it just feels like my natural eyebrows 😆.

 

The best thing about eyebrow tattooing is probably the comfort and natural look, which are the biggest advantages.

As I mentioned earlier, the downside is that there might be residual scars... but since dyes nowadays don't tend to leave marks, I think those considering eyebrow tattooing in the future can worry a little less.
