(Question) Can children go to the pediatric department regardless of the part of their body that is sick?

Adults go to different departments like internal medicine, surgery, or orthopedics depending on the area or pain they are experiencing! But I wonder why pediatrics doesn't seem to be divided into such specialized categories.

I'm worried that when I'm in a hurry or when something happens, I might end up wasting time by unnecessarily taking my child to the pediatrician.

Is pediatrics a place where most medical treatments can be received?

Is it better to go to a different hospital other than pediatrics when I need a more thorough examination?

Or perhaps the pediatrician will inform you? I'm curious, so I’m asking! Haha
