What are the effects of this medication?
This medication is used for rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease), fever and pain caused by colds, lower back pain, menstrual discomfort, postoperative pain and stiffness, ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (sprains, bruises), and non-articular rheumatic diseases (tendonitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis).
How do I use this medication?
Children aged 11 to 14 take 200 to 250 mg (10 to 13 mL) per dose, children aged 7 to 10 take 150 to 200 mg (8 to 10 mL) per dose, children aged 3 to 6 take 100 to 150 mg (5 to 8 mL) per dose, and children aged 1 to 2 take 50 to 100 mg (3 to 5 mL) per dose, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children weighing less than 30 kg should not receive more than 500 mg (25 mL) per day, and it is preferable to avoid administering on an empty stomach.
What are the precautions for using this medication?
Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe blood disorders, severe liver impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe heart failure, severe hypertension, bronchial asthma, asthma caused by aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hives, allergic reactions, patients experiencing pain before or after coronary artery bypass surgery, pregnant women in the last three months of pregnancy, nursing mothers, patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy, patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption, should not take this medication.
Before taking this medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, liver cirrhosis, liver disorders, kidney disorders, heart failure, heart disease, hypertension, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, are elderly, under 2 years old, pregnant, or have chickenpox.
When taking medication for a cold, it is generally recommended to take it for no more than 5 days without the instructions of a doctor or pharmacist, and do not take it for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days (children) for pain, nor for more than 3 days for fever.

Patients receiving high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy should not take this medication together with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
