There are various ways to deal with headaches in the 17th Jangsu-wang. The last resort is Tylenol.

I often experience headaches. I don't know the exact reason. Nothing is more painful and distressing than a headache. I try to endure the pain as much as possible, fearing that I might develop a tolerance. My first method is to distract myself. I focus on something else entirely. Sometimes, when I suddenly snap out of it, the headache disappears. The second method is to sleep. When I wake up, my head feels clear. The third method is to exercise vigorously. After running aerobically and sweating profusely, I take a shower, and both my body and head feel refreshed. If none of these methods work, I resort to medication as a last resort. I try to endure until I can no longer bear it, fearing tolerance, and take the medicine at the very last moment. The effect is immediate. Within 30 minutes, I gradually feel better. However, I prefer to recover naturally rather than rely on medication, so I try various other methods mentioned above. It would be best not to create reasons for headaches, but that's not always possible. Anyway, my ultimate headache remedy is taking Tylenol.
