My mother visited an orthopedic clinic because she suddenly developed elbow pain.

After receiving an examination, I was diagnosed with tennis elbow. Since the patient was complaining of severe pain, we started treatment immediately. When my mom works, she wears a brace and I am managing her condition to prevent strain on her arm.

We were originally scheduled to receive it 2 or 3 times a week, but my mom was in so much pain that we stopped for a while after about two weeks.

Therefore, currently, treatment for tennis elbow is being continued primarily through physical therapy and medication.

 

After receiving various treatments at the orthopedic clinic, the hospital bill came out to about this much.

 

I thought the pain from tennis elbow would subside after a few visits to the hospital, but it turns out I need to receive treatment consistently over several sessions.

They say that they have tried various tennis elbow treatments so far, but honestly, they don't feel like there has been any dramatic improvement..!

For now, the situation is not worsening, and since the patient said it is more bearable than before after taking the medication, we are continuing with the treatment.

If there is no further improvement, we are currently looking into various options, such as resuming shockwave therapy or considering injection therapy.

However, looking at online reviews, I heard that tennis elbow can be completely cured if you receive consistent treatment!

So, he/she continues to visit the orthopedic clinic with hope.

Although I am still deliberating on which tennis elbow treatment is the best fit for me, I consider this a process of finding the right treatment by trying various methods without giving up.
