After I explained my symptoms, they recommended a detailed, thorough examination.

 

He explained the various causes, stating that I need to correct my bad posture for neck treatment.

He said that neck treatment may be necessary as one gets older.

I was told that if you suffer a sudden accident, neck treatment is necessary even from the shock alone.

 

 

He also kindly explained about neck discs while showing me materials.

I was told that a herniated disc in the neck is when the disc between the neck vertebrae protrudes and compresses the nerve, causing pain.

He said that you also need to know what your physical condition is like.

I had an X-ray taken for neck treatment, underwent tests, and was given physical therapy and prescription medication.

Physical therapy, including traction and electrotherapy, was effective for treating the neck.

 

I need to start taking good care of myself from now on so that I don't get a herniated disc in my neck later on.
