I am now a 50 year old working man.

My working life has been going on for about 25 years, including my military career.

I started smoking when I was a freshman in college, but I quit after 12 years of marriage.

Sometimes the pain is so severe that it limits shoulder joint movement.

I also got a checkup at the orthopedic clinic in front of my house.

I took some medicine and got a joint injection.

As time goes by, it doesn't seem to be getting better and the pain continues.

On the recommendation of someone I know, I saw a doctor specializing in shoulder joints at this hospital.

It's not the commonly known frozen shoulder.

It is a partial damage to the muscles surrounding the shoulder that occurs with age.

They also said there were signs of arthritis in the shoulder joint.

I am taking physical therapy and medication after hearing various precautions.

It's a lot better than before, so I feel good about going.

They tell me never to sleep with my left arm crossed, but it's a habit so I can't really do it.

    팔 베고 자는 자세가 정말 안 좋다고 하더라구요. 똑바로 누워 자는 자세가 제일 좋다고 해요.

    자도 바른 자세로 자는게 쉽지 않아요. 왼쪽이나 오른쪽으로 누워서 자는데 어깨에 무리가 갈 것 같아서 걱정이긴 해요. 몇년전에 오십견을 앓았어서 정말 조심해야 거든요
