What should I do about a burning nose during the change of seasons?

I am very worried about my health. For the past few days, I have had a feeling that the mucous membrane inside my nose is very dry, and I have been experiencing a burning and stinging pain in my nose every time I breathe.
I'm not sure if it's simply because it's dry or if it's an allergic reaction.
Even though I use a humidifier, my symptoms aren't improving much because the temperature varies from day to day.
It is sometimes not spicy when it is warm or normal, but it gets bad again in the morning.
I am worried that if I am continuously exposed to these severe symptoms, I will immediately get sick with a headache or body aches from a cold. It is also really inconvenient to have to wear a mask every single day.
Could it be severe rhinitis?
I also have some mild rhinitis symptoms.
Have you, like me, suffered from nasal pain during every change of season, or do you have any good methods you practice regularly to care for your nasal mucosa? I would appreciate your advice.
