I read that the one-food diet has good reviews.

I thought I should try a one-food diet once and write a review about it.

 

I have been struggling with weight and health issues for a long time.

I tried various diets, but I couldn't see any clear results, and

Instead, I only felt a buildup of frustration.

 

Then, by chance, I came across the one-food diet, and

I decided to start with one last attempt.This is a review of the one-food diet. I recommend trying it at least once :)

 

At first, eating only one type of food was unfamiliar and difficult, but as I gradually got used to it, I was able to feel positive changes in my body and mind.

 

The most noticeable change is weight loss. I lost a total of 7kg over the month. In particular, I could feel that the fat around my waist, which I was most worried about, had significantly decreased, making my figure much slimmer.

 

Reduce processed food intake through a one-food diet,

I mainly started consuming fresh natural foods.

As a result, the skin condition improves,

Digestive function has improved, and overall energy levels have increased.This is a review of the one-food diet. I recommend trying it at least once :)

 

Additionally, I have developed an interest in cooking, which was almost nonexistent before.

I was able to enjoy the fun of making and eating various dishes myself.

 

I wrote a review of the one-food diet, so if anyone wants to try it, go ahead.

While writing a one-food diet review, I really think I made the right choice.
