Turtle neck oriental medicine treatment

Sometimes I find it uncomfortable to turn my neck to both sides when it is stiff and severe.

The hospital says I have turtle neck and tells me to get physical therapy, but it only helps for a while and my neck hurts again.

When visiting a traditional Korean medicine hospital, is it possible to receive treatment through acupuncture, herbal medicine, or other methods? Since I have never been to a Korean medicine clinic before, I am curious whether this type of treatment is effective at such clinics.
