Is it possible to improve numbness in the arms and hands caused by nerve damage after surgery for a nerve tumor in the back of the neck with Jaseng Shinbaroyakchim?
Lately, my husband has been worrying me and saying that he is having trouble lifting his arms and hands, and that he is in pain...
Last January, after surgery to remove a tumor from the spinal cord behind my neck, some of my nerves were cut.
Since it was a tumor that had formed on a nerve, there was bound to be nerve damage when removing the tumor.
The tumor was left at 2% because it could cause further nerve damage.
The tumor roots were all removed, so the tumor stopped growing and at the first-year checkup, they said it was practically cured.
Because it is a cervical nerve surgery, if done incorrectly, it can lead to paralysis of the entire body.
I searched for all the famous professors in Seoul and had the surgery done by the professor who could perform the surgery the fastest.
The surgery lasted almost 9 hours.
The white thing you see in the picture below is a benign tumor that was present in my husband's cervical nerve.
(It was fortunate that it wasn't malicious)
Even at the hospital, the professor said that there could be numbness in the arm...
Now, a year and a half later, I have numbness in my arm and have difficulty lifting it above shoulder level.
Even in daily life, there are times when my arms or hands feel numb.
If you have numbness in your arms or hands, you can get treatment with acupuncture at a Korean medicine clinic.
Is it possible to resolve this through other treatments?
I also looked into oriental medicine for nerve treatment...
I heard that the results of a clinical study on Shinbaro Yakchim from Jaseng Oriental Medicine Clinic are out...
Could this type of acupuncture help with nerve treatment?
Also, my mother has been suffering from cervical and lumbar disc problems for a long time...
I'm also curious about how effective Shinbaroyakchim is...
This is an introduction to a Korean medicine hospital related to Shinbaro Yakchim that I found.

Study on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of bee venom

A research paper on the mechanism of bee venom suppressing inflammatory genes, published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
When bee venom was applied to inflammation-inducing cells on a gene chip with enzyme fragments containing genetic information attached, the expression of genes was analyzed. As a result, it was found that the expression of 129 genes, including inflammation-related genes, among 46,657 genes decreased over an hour. The process by which bee venom suppresses inflammation by inhibiting the pathway that transmits inflammatory signals within cells was also discovered.

Just looking at various research results and journals, it has been announced that it is effective, and if it is published in a journal, it means that there is a certain level of clinical effectiveness... I am very curious to see if it is effective in my husband's case as well.
Of course, it would also be effective for my mother's cervical disc and lumbar disc (lumbar stenosis), right?
These days, I feel like I can breathe easier if I don't hear my husband and mom complaining about being sick. Haha.
