Do you conduct physical examinations and prescribe medication?
I heard that in the past, many people used to take herbal medicine made at traditional Korean medicine clinics. However, I also heard that some of these herbal ingredients may contain substances that should not be consumed depending on a person's health condition.
Lately, I have been feeling weak and my health is not as good as before, and people around me say it would be good to take energy-boosting medicine from a traditional Korean medicine clinic. However, I don't know exactly about my health condition, so do traditional Korean medicine hospitals perform examinations before prescribing medicine to exclude ingredients that should not be taken? Or should I go to the hospital separately for an examination before taking the medicine?
I'm also curious if there are certain constitutions that shouldn't take medicine prescribed at the Korean medicine clinic.
