매일 맞아도 괜찮더라구요. 몸이 피곤하면 하루 이틀 간격을 두고 맞으라고 하시더라구요.
I have never had any aversion to traditional Korean medicine treatments since I was young.
I took herbal medicine well, took the tonic well, and also received acupuncture effectively.
Two years ago, I sat down and when I stood up, my knees hurt so much I couldn't walk, so I received treatment at several orthopedic clinics and spent quite a bit of money.
But the only improvement was on the day I received treatment... I still couldn't walk properly because it was too painful to sit and stand, and I limped.
Then, by chance, I received acupuncture at a traditional Korean medicine hospital based on a recommendation from someone nearby... and amazingly, from the day I received the acupuncture, the pain completely disappeared and I started to feel better. After that day, for a while, I received acupuncture every day... and after some time, I went to get acupuncture 2 to 3 times a week.
I was okay for a while after recovering, but lately my knee has started hurting again.
I want to get acupuncture... but I think there are people who say it's not good to get acupuncture too often...
How often should I get acupuncture treatments?
