This is a photo of the Omega-3 Altige I am currently taking.
Omega-3 is widely known to be good for blood circulation~ It is especially abundant in blue-backed fish. However, it is quite difficult to get enough through food every timeㅠ So I take it as a supplement.
I looked around the bulletin board and saw that many people are already taking RTG Omega-3. That must mean it's quite effective and well-known, right?
It is said that taking omega-3 in the evening is better. I haven't taken today's dose yet, haha. I plan to take it after dinner later! I am taking one capsule a day!
