I am purchasing and taking Altige Omega-3 with my family.
I started taking it after my cholesterol was found to be high during a health checkup, and since I have presbyopia and it’s hard to see well, I also bought and am taking something that is said to be good for dry eyes. I think it’s better than not taking anything, so I plan to continue taking it regularly.

저도 건강검진 할 때마다 콜레스테롤 수치가 문제입니다. 이번에는 좀 낮아지긴 했지만, 아무래도 복용이 필요할 것 같네요.
