Lately, I've been feeling unusually tired, so my older sister, who is kind, gave me a gift and told me it's what she's been taking. I'm now taking Let It Be vitamins from Daewoong Pharmaceutical.

Active B vitamins are included, and they are said to have higher absorption rates compared to inactive ones. In the case of Let It Be, you can receive vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12, and it is said to be effective for physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, neuralgia, muscle pain, eye fatigue, and more.

The size is just right, making it easy to swallow. Maybe because my sister takes a high dose, she said her stomach feels a bit upset when she eats it on an empty stomach, so she doesn't eat rice with it. That's why I always take it after eating rice, so I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort.

Let's soothe our fatigue with just one vitamin pill a day~^^
