Stabbing pain in the perineal area

For several years now, I occasionally feel a sudden, sharp pain in the perineal area that feels like a dull, stabbing sensation once a year.

It exists. Sometimes it happens once a year, sometimes a couple of times, but anyway, it's not that frequent and not particularly special.

There are no abnormalities, so no additional tests or treatments have been conducted.

Is there some kind of problem? Since then, I have also undergone quite thorough health check-ups, but there haven't been any particular significant risks.

Since I didn't talk about it, I just send it that way. Coincidentally, an opportunity came up, so I am leaving a message once again.
