What is the difference between LASIK and LASEK, and what procedures are they suitable for?

I used to have very good eyesight, around 1.5 and 2.0, but as I got older, it worsened, and definitely, getting closer to my smartphone has made it worse.

 

It's not a major inconvenience in daily life, but during night driving, I notice issues like light glare and my vision has definitely become a bit blurrier than before, which I find bothersome.

 

I really don't want to wear glasses or lenses, but without any such step.

Can I have LASIK or LASEK surgery even if my eyesight isn't very poor?

I'm curious about the criteria used to make the selection.

 

When I see people who are satisfied, I want to have LASIK or LASEK, but I don't really understand the difference between the two.

 

Looking for someone who can explain it in an easy-to-understand way~

How is the recovery speed?

    와!  시력이 엄청 좋으셨네요. 여러 검사를 통해 결정 하는데 각막 두께에 따라 라식은 두 세 번 까지 수술 가능한 사람도 있더라구요.
저는 라섹했는데 라식은 각막 절편을 살짝 열고 레이저를 쏜 뒤 다시 덮고, 라섹은 살짝 벗겨내고 레이저..  
저는 라섹했는데 회복 까지 시간이 좀 걸려요. 서서히 잘 보이기 시작하고 통증도 있습니다.(이건 사람따라 달라요. 저는 큰 통증은 없었고, 지인은 아파서 내내 누워 죽만 먹었어요)  라식은 수술후 80%정도까지 바로 시력이 잘 나온다고해요. 봉사가 눈뜬 느낌이 이런게 아닐까 싶죠😂
시력이 나빠 큰 불편을 겪는것이 아니라면..드림렌즈 같은것도 고려해보세요. 비수술적 시력교정술이니 수술하는것보단 우선 생각해봐도 괜찮을것 같아요
