Shoulder pain—my right side has healed, but now my left side hurts.
A woman in her mid-60s.
In January 2024, I suddenly experienced pain in my right shoulder, which was very uncomfortable and concerning.
I did stretching and followed light home workouts every day, and since summer, I've been feeling better, which was really great.
However, starting from December 2024, the pain in the left shoulder began.
My right shoulder has gotten better without going to the hospital, so I haven't been to the hospital yet and am gradually trying to move with light stretching and home workouts.
I wonder if it's because I'm getting older.
I feel vaguely worried and anxious.
Honestly, going to the hospital is quite bothersome in many ways, and I have to set aside time and wait too.
It's one of those things I really don't feel like doing, so I hesitate.
Are there any good self-treatment methods?
