I went to the hospital because I was itchy and developed a rash due to an allergy.
Recently, I posted about an allergic rash that appeared on my neck. A few people told me it might be atopic dermatitis and suggested I visit a hospital, so I went today. This summer, I was unusually itchy on my neck every time I was in the sun, so I even wore a towel around my neck at home. It didn't bother me in winter, but one day I noticed a rash on my neck. I naturally thought it was due to sun allergy, but when someone said it might be atopic dermatitis, I got a little scared. I visited an allergy specialist pulmonologist that a friend recommended. After examining me and asking questions, they said it was an allergy. I thought it was related to my hay fever, but they said I don't have hay fever. Allergies can have many different causes, so once the medication helps a bit, they advised me to get allergy testing. Knowing the allergen is important to avoid it. How can I avoid sunlight allergy?
