My wrist keeps aching, so I feel uneasy without a brace.
In the past, I felt refreshed only when I scrubbed the cleaning vigorously as if digging into the surface.
My mother told me that as she gets older, it's hard to use her wrists and to stop the habit of digging into her skin, but I just brushed it off and didn't pay attention at the time.
But these days, I clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner and wash the rags in the washing machine, so there's no strain on my wrists, but if I exert myself even a little, my wrists feel very sore.
They took X-rays in orthopedics, but there hasn't been much progress besides prescribing painkillers.
These days, I always have to wear a brace on my right side to avoid discomfortㅠ.
