Should I see a doctor again for ear issues or improvement?

Since last month, I have been experiencing issues such as hearing loss, tinnitus, and a feeling of fullness.

Received medical treatment and prescription, took medication for a month, and showed significant improvement.

It has improved to the point where it doesn't interfere with daily life.

There is still a feeling of some symptoms, and possibly concerns about a potential recurrence.

When I told the doctor that I was feeling anxious, they finally prescribed medication.

Now that I've prescribed everything here, if I keep doing this...

They are writing a referral letter telling me to go to a large hospital.
