When it gets cold, I worry because I have a lot of runny nose.

I do not have allergic rhinitis caused by pollen or other allergens.
When the cold wind blows, my rhinitis starts, and I begin to have a runny nose.
In the coldest winter days, I have a runny nose~
Even in the middle of winter, even if I wear a winter mask to block the cold wind, I still get a runny nose and keep sneezing as if I have a cold.
I tried taking medication prescribed to reduce my runny nose, but it only provides temporary symptom relief and doesn't seem to cure it completely.
Are there anyone suffering from seasonal allergic rhinitis?
Are there any good treatment methods or management strategies you recommend?
