Concern) Health worries related to the knee...
Hello, I have concerns related to exercise.
I walk in the morning without skipping breakfast.
One of my acquaintances keeps telling me multiple times that "there is a certain number of steps a person can walk in a lifetime," and that walking less might help prevent strain on the knees.
I wouldn't have known if I hadn't heard that, but hearing that story two or three times makes me wonder if I should give up walking.
I am contemplating.
The minimum walking distance per day is 10,000 steps, less than 13,000 steps.
I have been walking almost every day for nearly three years without missing a single day.
How is it??
Is there a fixed number of steps a person takes in a lifetime?
Should I reduce, skip, or temporarily stop walking???
Should I walk less??
There are no signs of knee strain or abnormal symptoms yet.
But I don't even supplement with nutritional supplements~~
The benefits of walking seem to be clear.
Lose 6 kilograms... then maintain a steady course.
