I've been experiencing continuous pain in my left toes for several months now.
I wore open-toed sandals all summer long...
Then, when autumn came, I started wearing sneakers.
Suddenly, only three toes—starting from the middle of the left foot to the little toe—are experiencing pain...;;
Slippers worn during regular work hours are okay.
If I walk in sneakers for a certain period of time, I experience intense pain...
It's a pain severe enough to make my toes curl;;;
It feels like a cramp, and anyway, a stabbing pain starts~ It's so painful that I have to stop walking, take off my shoes, and wait for a while...
Sneakers are not particularly narrow at the toe box either.
It's strange, so I tried changing to different sneakers, but the same symptoms occurred;;
It's strange because they're all worn-out sneakers, so they're not even new sneakers...
The right side is fine, but it's strange that only the left side is like that.
I took off my shoes and looked at my feet very closely, but the toe shapes are all the same;;;
There is nothing growing on my toes or any rash.
Suddenly, as I age, it's not like I have deformities in my feet...
I tend to have wider feet than others, so I don't even look at narrow shoes or sneakers...
Actually, the front part of that shoe is about 1.5 cm empty.
No, I can't go to work wearing slippers just because I'm sick;;;
I'm so scared to wear sneakers, what should I do about this;;;
These days, if it takes a little longer, my toes start to hurt, and the pain spreads to the top of my foot, to the point where my entire left leg feels very painful;;;
Fortunately, my workplace is close by, and I hardly have to walk for long.
Why is this happening when my feet aren't even swollen??
I've had quite a bit of pain in my left knee due to cartilage softening. Could this be related?
Maybe it's just my imagination, but when I stretch out my toes, it feels like the flexibility of my toes on the left side is significantly worse;;; lol
It's awkward to go to the hospital for tests since I feel fine when I don't wear shoes;;;
Anyway, it's really inconvenient;;
